Calla No. 6 is a single original, a hand-built stoneware vase based on the calla lily. I couldn’t stop thinking about the flower until I made my own in clay. Beige high-fire stoneware, textured and unglazed outside, glazed inside, so it holds water.
Signed on the base. It is slim, so it fits where wider vases can’t: a mantel, a shelf that is already styled, a console with other things on it. It takes stems or stands empty. Materials: Beige high-fire stoneware clay.
Glazed interior. Tactile, unglazed exterior surface. Dimensions: Height: 11.5″ (29 cm) Width: 4.5″ (11 cm, widest part) Care: Hand wash only Hand-built in my San Francisco Bay Area studio.
Finishes may appear slightly different in person due to natural lighting and screen variations.
